Recently released updates can be found here. These releases should automatically be installed, however if you do not see them, please close your browser window and restart the program. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser.
In our latest release, we focused on adding functionality to the Mapping section to assist with searching the database for projects by various options. Please see below for the options now available, please note items 4 through 7 are new. The numbers correspond to the screenshot below.
1 - STATUS
Check/uncheck the status options to display projects by their current status.
2 - DATES
Set a date range to display projects that were submitted within that period of time.
3 - COMPANY
Select Companies to search projects submitted by a specific Company.
4 - FNC NUMBER (NEW)
Enter in a FNC # to search and display a specific project on the map.
5 - CONSULTATION LEVEL (NEW)
Check/Uncheck the Consultation Level options to display projects based on the Consultation Level.
6 - LAND USER (NEW)
Select Land Users from the drop-down list to display projects that those individuals were connected with. This pulls information from the Considerations section of the Application file.
7 - DEVELOPMENT TYPE (NEW)
Select Development Types from the drop-down menu to display projects by specific types.
Use these options one by one or all together. Depending on what you are searching for or would like to display, there are now many new options to plot projects onto the map.
REPORT 1 - Invoice Financial Summary
This report displays your monthly/yearly invoice totals by amount outstanding and paid. Quickly filter your financial summary by company to determine their balance.
REPORT 2 - Invoice Line Items
This report breaks down the amount invoiced for various line items. This can be a helpful tool for reporting and planning purposes. How much is invoiced each month for trucks, quads an other equipment for consultation.
REPORT 3 - Site Assessments
This report tracks and displays information from uploaded Site Assessments. We’ve added a new field in the Site Assessment form to add a reason for the assessment, such as for example, Forestry, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Community TLU Study, Other, etc.
*Note: To add Assessment Reason, go to Maintenance, select Site Assessment Reasons, then add in reasons to fit your department needs.
BATCH UPLOAD ENABLED
Quickly upload multiple attachments at once for Application files.
IMPROVED SEARCH FUNCTIONALITY
The invoice search field can now filter invoices by FNC number, External Invoice numbers and improved ability to search by company name. This should help to increase efficiencies with locating invoices. Remember! You can export your invoice data to an excel document – this can be extremely helpful with sharing information with your accounting departments!
NEW FILTER OPTION ON THE APPLICATIONS REPORT
Query reports that display project information based on the consultation level. This is an excellent reporting and evaluation tool when analyzing how many Level 1, 2 and 3 projects are within your area over a period of time.
We have also added the ability to increase the width of the Comment field box to allow for better visibility when adding information. In addition, there has been a number of various bug and performance issues fixed.
